You honestly have never heard of a case where someone is convicted of manslaughter, when they did something that any sane person would expect death to result, because they were severely impaired? Like…that’s a pretty common thing isn’t it?
I don’t mean get away with murder as in Scott free. I mean murdering someone and not facing a murder conviction.

So, like I understand I know nothing about any of it. And there’s probably a good argument for this to be a defence under a very very small amount of circumstances. But don’t tell me it doesn’t happen like I’m making it up.
