He's a chequebook manager whose system needs world-class quality and quantity, and if he doesn't have that, the wheels will come off. This City team is getting old, plus they've botched some transfers and sold guys like Palmer and Alvarez ... it's worse squad than in previous years, and he just has no answers. Genuinely baffled by his contract renewal too, guy constantly looks like he's about to have a mental breakdown.
