He is also on a 44 point pace, which is basically the lowest point total for him in a decade (not counting significant stretches of games missed due to injury). He is 34 years old now, so at some point he will turn into a pumpkin, and the team holding his deal will find they either have to live with it, or buy it out.
I am not as quick as Cali is to say that he is checked out, but either it is simply a symptom of how the have to play to win games, or it is a nagging injury that is bugging him, or he has checked out, or it is father time breathing down his neck. I guess we will see what the rest of the season shows before we can start really figuring out what it might be.
Hopefully he just gets on a heater in the next segment of games.
