Accolades need to go Pospisil's way too. Sticking up for Kuzmenko didn't have to be done - that was in no way dirty or even over the top. I often argue that there are plenty of clean hits that need a response because the intention behind it was to hurt someone. This was not one of those hits, but Pospisil still wanted to give his team a boost. Then he fights Oliver in trying to stick up for a teammate? I am sure he knows exactly who Olivier is.
No excuses tomorrow. If I am Huska, whenever I see a single player not giving it 100% effort 100% of each and every shift, I am going over to that player and making him look at Lomberg's face and say: "He is 100% committed to giving a full effort. Why aren't you?" No excuses tomorrow against the Pens with anyone not giving it all next game. This should be a full 60 minute effort.
