Ironically, for me the last straw was softball.
Bad shoulder so I could barely throw and, because its a 'stop-start' type of sport which is to say, you hit and sprint and stop and then sprint and stop, etc.
Soccer ruined my hamstrings and softball just tore them to shreds. And thats not even getting into the ankles and knees. I already sucked in general and I was never a very good hitter to begin with but I could get on base with half-assed hit and my speed...but 4 hamstring injuries and my throwing shoulder going completely broken?
I just couldnt keep going.
Which really sucks because I really enjoyed it.
