I think moving any roster player currently is going to be a tough decision for connie.

I think there are guys that Connie brought in with the intention of getting them ice time and minutes to sell off. Those guys are bean, barrie, kuzmenko and mantha. But his more likely move at this point is to start weaponizing the cap space the team has as none of them have really done much to improve their value (imo). Maybe someone like Pelletier or Poirier.. (a team with poirier, parekh, and Brzustewicz making the team in the next couple years seems like a team with too many offensive defensemen).

Anderson could get a lot in return for sure, but not only would it decimate the defense, it would hurt the morale of the team by trading him (arguably their best player this year) away for assets that don't make an impact now, when the team is performing well.

I get it, christmas is coming, we all want shiny new toys - but ... if we get one, I doubt we move Anderson, or really any roster player making an impact right now.
But you left out the most important factors in why his name has come up and why he'll likely be traded this season or next.

His next contract would be a retirement deal for his 30's at likely $9+mil, and more importantly he has suggested he doesn't want to be here through this rebuild (royal9 suggested that could change slightly if the team keeps winning).
