To be fair, it didn't appear too dangerous because the early change took what might have been a breakaway away from ever materializing.
Andersson is the one that is supposed to covering the lead Red Wing, and had Weegar even been at the centre line when the change occurs it's an easy breakaway.
Here's how far Weegar was when Andersson hops on:
I have more issue with the first Huberdeau penalty, where the Red Wing skates back into him. But so be it.
