Your screenshots show what appears to be this order (based on you saying you are going from top to bottom down the middle):
1) $30
2) $30
3) Major
4) $15
5) Epic
The reply shows what appears to be this order (assuming it just goes left to right on each row starting in the top left):
1) $30
2) $30
3) Major
4) $15
5) Epic
6) $15
7) $15
Once you picked the 3rd $15, the game ended with a $15 win. Your screenshots don't show your 6th and 7th picked number, but I'm guessing they were both $15. The first 5 line up perfectly and the 6th and 7th are unknown based on what you posted.
I agree the presentation looks bad because it is not a true replay, but I'm highly doubtful they are scamming you.

Yes. unless Play Alberta has fixed the problem, anyone who plays Big Crush Multiplyer and likely other PA casino games is likely getting scammed. The bonus rounds are similar but not exactly like a scratch ticket. In the PA casino games, you win the first prize that you uncover three matching symbols of. So the order that you pick the same symbols matters. On a scratch ticket, the order that you scratch the spaces doesn’t matter. If you find three of the same symbol you win that amount.
The problem is, many of the symbols in their replays do not match what you see when you play the bonus round. .Obviously, that is a problem, because sometimes you pick a space in a bonus round that shows something different than what their replay shows in that same space. As soon as that happens, the integrity of the game is compromised.
It should not be legal for Play Alberta to call it a replay if it’s not the exact same placement of symbols and order that you picked them in that same bonus round. These discrepancies can cause people playing the games to appear to select three symbols of a lower prize amount when according to their replay they actually picked three symbols of a much larger prize first.
