You want young guys to learn to play the right way in order to achieve future success? You HAVE to have guys that know how that happens and what it takes to get there. Almost as important is having them doing so together.
Andersson may or may not be part of the long term plan for this club, but there is zero rush to trade him now considering both how the team is playing (reagardless of how YOU think its being done) and his contract is good for yet another year.

This is a pretty funny mantra for a group of guys who were consummate losers over the last two seasons. I get it, we want "culture" or whatever, but really, there are not likely to be more than 5 of our current players who move on to the competing version of the calgary flames (if we ever intend to get there.) The culture will be whatever Dustin Wolf, or other young leaders, want it to be.
