I'm guessing you don't drive, oil companies down south will be licking their lips at the price gouging opportunity this will give them, Covid won't have nothing on this as an excuse.
Might be an idea to pass a law here directing any excess capacity to be dumped cheaply into our domestic market to make life a little easier up here
