You can mention the specific program you use to open the torrent file (Azureus, uTorrent, etc).
That file is just the "instructions" for the torrent. So yeah it opens the torrent downloading program and starts the download. When you did it the first time, did it ask you where you wanted to place the downloaded files(s)?
