I have no idea what your last point means, again the statement that a trial is validated by the conviction ISNT always true. This is a very nuanced situation and it will get double and triple checked. That tends to happen when you are apparently the first person in the history to be charged with that offense for those circumstances, combined with the AG entire campiagn rhetoric, you would be foolish DESPITE your hatred for Trump to think otherwise.
