Considering the strike notice made no mention of it, Locke should be forgiven for taking any claims written before the strike occurred as suspect. It just would have been nice if those assh-les had done rotating strikes as was previously stated too.

I'm on no one's side except the "get the f-ck back to work" side, whatever that needs in order to be accomplished. Personally, I hope the arbitrator rams a compromise so far up their asses that they get a funny taste in their mouths.
