I have some very important and valuable information for anyone who plays Play Alberta casino games. If you know anyone who plays these games, please pass this info on to them. I have found irregularities that seem to only only occur in the bonus rounds that will cause you to be not paid out properly in Big Crush Multiplyer. To verify the integrity of these games, it is very important that you take screenshots of all bonus rounds for any of their casino games. On your account page, you may find that Play Alberta's replays of your previously played games may not exactly match your screenshots. To find the replay of the game in question, match the time on your screenshot to their replay list on you account then pinpoint the exact game. If they don't match 100%, there is a serious problem.
I don't play casino games very often, but I first found that my screenshots and their replays don't match on a bonus round on October 19. The discrepancy between my screenshot and their replay caused me to not get paid out properly. So basically, because of Play Alberta irregularities you could win a prize much smaller than what you should have actually won.
Two weeks later, on November 2, I used bonus cash to play a few games, to test and see if the issue still existed, and once again I found irregularities on three more bonus rounds.
There is a chance that the issue has now been resolved, and Play Alberta didn't want to do the right thing and own up to the fact that there was a problem until I pointed it out to them. I don't believe they were aware of it until I pointed it out. I say this because on November 5, Play Alberta support informed me that their software engineers were looking into the irregularities. However they just lied and told me that they found nothing wrong, which is obviously not the case as you can see by the screenshots below. The top two images are my screenshots, and the bottom image is from Play Alberta's replay of the exact same game. I have mostly played Big Crush Multiplyer, so I can't say if any other casino games are affected by the same irregularities.

If anyone else finds that their bonus round screenshots don't match Play Alberta's replay of the same game, make sure to file a complaint with Support. If these irregularities still do exist, hopefully they are flooded with complaints so they are forced to fix the problems. The irregularities line is 1 800 742 7818.
