I would have personally taken Dickinson over Yakemchuk. This year any of Levshunov, Yak, Parekh, Silayev, Dicknson, or Buium would all be the first or 2nd dman off the board.

Yeah at the time I was kind of happy with any of Dickinson, Buium, or Parekh...maybe leaned more Buium and Parekh due to the offensive upside.
But Dickinson is turning that on it's head a bit now because his size combined with true elite offensive production now is such a rare combination.
San Jose getting Celebrini and Dickinson in one draft will look crazy for years to come.
