Yeah they are back to being not good when 97 and 29 are not on the ice:
20/21: 35.8% GF / 44.5% xGF
21/22: 42.0% GF / 47.4% xGF
22/23: 55.2% GF / 52.6% xGF
23/24: 48.9% GF / 53.4% xGF
24/25: 46.7% GF / 50.3% xGF
The reason they had more consistent team performance is because in the half of the game that didn't have 97 or 29 on the ice the team had gotten better, but that is regressing again this season.
