I got a text from a friend at the game. He is so small when you see him live, do you think he can stay in the NHL. Well, his size doesn't fluctuate game to game, he has been the same size while putting up Vezina numbers.

Wolf is part of a new generation of smaller and more mobile goalies. The new equipment rules mean no more Henrik Karlsson types. You can't just strap on super large equipment onto a guy that 6'4''+ and expect him to excel.
The rules were staggered in over the last few years and it'll take time for the rules to take effect through development channels.
I'd expect to see a lot more smaller and more mobile goalies going forward.
