Agree 100%.
I wish incidents were reported more honestly as well. How often should “pedestrian struck” actually be “dumbass staring at their phone stepped into traffic”.
I saw an idiot jogging on the Deerfoot the other week. No idea what his situation was, but had he been hit, it would have been “Pedestrian killed.” implying a driver was the problem.
