Miller has been playing through an undisclosed injury — reportedly to his upper shoulder area — and of late has obviously not been able to perform at the high level he expects of himself. He’s a player who is obsessed with beating his opponent but he’s not been able to do that.

It would seem that he was trying to hold an emotional mountain up but that mountain has come crashing down on his head.

And so now he’s taking time away from the team to get himself re-set emotionally, while also getting himself physically well.
