Kadris problem isn't effort. It's patience and horse blinders. He goes commando trying to make something happen. It get so bad that while in a slump you won't see a 5v5 pass from him inside the offensive zone, ever.
Granted last game with Kuzmenko on his line with Pops, he made a few passes in the offensive zone.
Maybe the kids style of play and his don't necessarily jive consistently. Needs an older player to work with, I don't know.
