I agree that its not completely random, but there are guys who have excelled at every level until they hit the NHL.
But Wolf has excelled in a big way at every level and he's doing it now in the NHL.
While he could start to fail, as goalies are voodoo, this does not seem random. And I've frequently questioned his size many times.
But we have the season to see if he can keep this level up.
Another factor in his favour is Calgary is not some team with elite players who are suppressing high danger chances. More likely just the opposite.
