I like the comparison of the Lindholm trade and the mentions of Necas as an example of a young center ready to pop and reach their potential. This would be the hope with Cozens and I do think it would be worth the risk.
There are cautionary examples as well though. I think both Seth Jones and Ryan Johansen fit the mold of young players that were traded under the assumption that they needed a change of scenery and would pop once they moved. Turned out they were what they were. They never lived up to their contracts on new teams.
Not sure what category Cozens would fall into but there are examples of both.
