Hard to let go of Norris after we paid a 1st for him 3 years ago. He's been injury plagued but seems healthy this season. Possibly a steal for NYI.
For Buffalo, we needed to balance out the team a little better. We trade a 3rd line C in Norris for a 3rd line C in Coleman and a 4th line C in McBain. Both are more defensive minded players that don't mind getting physical which we've needed in the lineup.
