The late flight and travel means more than the time change in that scenario though.

Game finished after 9PM on Sunday. Team was probably in the air around 11:00MT at the earliest if I had to guess, arrived in Vancouver around 11:15PM, maybe you're settled into your hotel by 12:30 PT.

Now considering they had spent the prior week in the ET zone and only one day in Calgary that probably felt considerably later than 12:30 PT would normally feel, since it would have been 3:30ET.

In the end it was a rough travel sequence for the Flames, I'm not sure there's really any debate to that.
