It's really impressive to see a player his age lead his team in scoring, and he's currently on pace to rack up 90 points- on a very middling team.

Kindel has everything you want in an offensive forward- he sees the ice extremely well, has a good shot, plays through traffic, wins battles, and displays a smart off-puck game. He's also solid defensively. The knocks on him are his size (5'10"), and his skating- which is good, but not as great as it could be. I think he's still looking at the second round, with the potential of middle-six duty in the NHL- although they said the same things about Brayden Point....
