I rewatched episode VII recently, and it’s still a pretty entertaining SW movie that set up some potentially cool storylines heading into the next chapter. Unfortunately the last two movies failed to deliver on the stuff that Abrams was trying to set up, and the whole thing went off the rails after that.
Rogue One was outstanding. But yea, other than that the movies have mostly been s*** since the OG trilogy.
