There are lots of questions that can be asked, I doubt any of the NFL coaches spent a whole lot of time with him, They saw him as a under 6 foot qb that wasn't a developmental project.
And after 15 years of coaching QB's, with a lot of QB's that throw a lot of interceptions, its not about panic, its about trying too hard to make things happen, and not understanding thier window capability.
I had a kid in Spring, he was a freak, a huge arm, he was smart and he really didn't panic in the pocket, but he had too much belief in his arm and thought he could throw a 12 inch window.
Its fixable.
