Now this will be at least 2, and likely 3, OC's and likely 2 head coaches for Williams before he even takes a snap in his second season.
Its a cycle of rinse and repeat non-stop.
Certainly a recipe for failure.

If memory serves this will be the third straight time the bears have let a lame duck coach ruin their franchise QB’s year 1 development. They did it with Mitchell and Fields as well. You cannot overcome bad ownership and a bad front office.
