While I agree that it was likely in, you can't actually conclusively tell whether it was fully behind the post, because the overhead camera is slightly behind the post, and the in-goal camera is (with respect to the degree of angulation) is even farther behind it, so either way, the actual situation on the ice may not be reflected by the camera angle due to parallax, especially if the puck is a bit lower and not immediately under the bar. Would be better if the in-goal cam was actually right in the middle of the post, but that would compromise the uniformity of the post.

"Conclusively" being the operative word, since that is required to overturn the ruling on the ice.
