I think that they're waiting to bring up Pelletier, and to a lesser extend Duehr, until they're ready to have them on the roster full time. They are playing very, very well down there and are both eligible for waivers. I know that there's a 30 day window thing that they might still be open to moving down without waivers, but I think that's ending soon. They got lucky with Pelletier's poor camp as nobody wanted to pick him up at that point, but now he'd probably get snagged easily. Maybe not Duehr as he's older and has a lower pedigree, but he's probably get snagged too at this point.
