From what I’ve heard, this has already started for some.
I’ve got no specific names, but there’s a handful of guys who’ve realized this rebuild isn’t something they’ve come to terms with nor do they want to be apart of long term.
With that said that doesn’t mean Craig’s going to do them a favour and just ship out anyone who doesn’t want to be here, but the room could end up in rough shape if these guys with poor attitudes don’t turn it around or gtfo.
I personally think they need to bring in more youth, I think the team needs to surround the young guys with the few dedicated vets rather than 1-2 young guys rotating on 1-2 lines. Without Backlund and Lomberg the room can be pretty darn quiet.
