Instead of a narrative on Barrie, the play in question was icing was more Lomberg not getting a touch on the pass, Barrie put it intentionally close to Lomberg so he could get a touch on it.
8/10 out of the time it hits Lomberg or the player marking him and it's a nothing burger.
Instead it goes as icing, and then pointing out Barrie's play that results in an icing, where many Flames, including the captain, gave up possesion in terrible spots that were a lot more dangerous that didn't get analyzed, rather than an icing to get called out for.
