Oddly my hips don't get bothered by running.
My right knee does and does my right ankle (but that has been shredded too many times to count).
I do wear some very light compression shorts, but mainly cuz I look good in them.
I'll never get to the point of running and never tiring again, but it is good to chase it.
I took today off.
