If you get the 3 I would highly recommend the Bobovr head strap with battery

It's so much more comfortable than the default strap, and the battery actually distributes the weight better, as well as double your playtime. I would avoid the official Meta headstraps as they've had a lot of quality issues with those, and they're more expensive
