If you can swing it, I can save you on the brand research. IBC Tankless are amazing. Equipment ranges from 3k-6k depending on spec. I'd estimate install at 3k to 4k with parts, new valves etc. So 6k on the low side. You are looking at a 25 year warranty on the IBC equipment so long as you have a water softener.
Another point of recommendation is to put a Moen FLO control valve on the city water.
