Hyman is a 3rd liner at best who's had the craziest career luck. He played with Larkin in College which helped him get drafted in a better position. Then he plays with Matthews and Marner before landing on a line with McDavid. The difference between a Hyman and a Kirkland is not much on the skill level. But one player rides the golden horseshoe through life and the other has to toil in the minors for a decade. Sports is such a crapshoot.
