-W Michael Brandsegg-Nygard: I love this kid, and I wouldn't think Detroit would be interested in giving him up either. He's a 6'1", 207lb speedster who also plays a physical game with some bite. Drafted 15th-overall this past summer.
-Liam Dower Nilsson (21 yo) and Noah Dower-Nilsson (19 yo): Both can play C or W, both are excellent 3-zone players with speed, both are 6'0" tall, both have a chip on their shoulder, and both can provide offense.
-RW Jesse Kiiskinen (19 yo): Aquired from the Preds, he's doing well so far in Finland's top-tier Liiga, with 16 points in 18 games- the top U20 player in that circuit. Loved him in his draft year. He's 6'1" (6'2", according to hockeydb), and plays a hard-nosed, energetic game. Good skater, with an excellent shot.
-C Max Plante: 5'11",176lb pivot, selected this summer in the second round. He's a gifted playmaker, and plays well in all 3 zones.
-LD William Wallinder: 6'4" rearguard who is a good puck-rusher with great skating ability, and a quality puck-mover.
-LD Shai Buium: 6'3", 220lb blueliner who displays mobility, physicality, and a solid two-way game. Has a high ceiling.
-LW Dmitri Buchelnikov (21 yo): He's not big (5'10"), but he put up astronomical numbers in his draft year as an overager (41 goals and 75 points in 56 MHL games), and has 16 points in 19 KHL games this year. Gifted with a high skill level, and is dynamic 1-on-1, even though he's not an elite skater. Excellent shot, and a top-notch offensive player.
-G Trey Augustine (19 yo): 2nd-rounder from 2023, he's 1.60 GAA, and .939 SV% in 5 NCAA games.
