Pick n pull looks like they have 2 prices for tires, a higher one for ones they've picked, and lower for from the yard. I presume the ones they have grabbed were deemed worth the effort for them. The yard ones probably not as much. Sounds like you can return them within 3 days, so I'd have an install date ready in case one is a dud. You may not know it until it's spun on a balancer. Definetly don't grab anything with torn beads, old date codes, and sign it was driven flat(roughness inside on the side wall) and unusual wear(more wear inside or outside edges).
