Also said they are not in a rush to make a trade yet… hoping to wait it out and solve the problem internally. Mentioned that this ownership in Utah wants to win and be competitive now. No more giving up on seasons to continuously rebuild.
That right there is the kind of target for a rebuilding team to trade with. Ownership pressuring management to win now. Lots of picks + prospects from years of rebuilding. Not that I’m eager to trade Andersson right now - he’s looking better than ever and if he indicates he wants to sign a reasonable extension then I’m all for it - but if it goes the other way and it looks like he doesn’t want to stay long term… Utah would be a great target for the flames.
