I'm told the Flames have higher interest in another couple forwards, Dach rumored to be someone the they are keeping an eye on.
With that said Craig is in absolutely no rush here, in fact he's pretty content with what we have though he knows long term the Flames are unbelievable thin at "C" with very little RHS.

It'd surprise me to see Dach moved. Montreal has only had him for 67 games, and this is his 3rd season there.
I know Conroy has cited Dach as an example of the type of deal he'd be looking to make, but yeah - it'd just shock me to see Montreal move on from him, and also...not really a guy I'd be keen on getting.
