I am not really a WWE fan, but for those of you who remember the passing of Owen Hart, there was quite a large uproar after that event for a lack of respect by the WWE. People expected them to halt their event immediately and pay adequate tribute in the following RAW show the next day. Ever since then it has seemed like WWE makes an effort to overdo the tribute to passing superstars (see Eddie Guerero). I think they had to air a 2 or 3 hour program or whatever it is (because tv stations expected that) not knowing the details of the death. Had they not done a tribute show last night they would have been hammered the other way had this been an accident.
