Wolf is just so f***ing good, this is where the size bs isn’t an issue, he’s 6’ and just so f***ing quick and aggressive on his angles. That’s a #1 for a long time they got there in Calgary.

Look at how calm the Flames get out of their own zone while moving the puck to multiple players, Penguins couldn’t do that without a turnover and then pure panic in their own end.

I know for certain that if I tried to shoot the puck, I would put it directly into my own teeth, but still, these do not look like NHL players shooting tonight.

Showdown in the Shootout

Good to see that the Pens' perfection of the late game collapse and giving up the lead is alive and well.

3-2 with 6 minutes to go,told my wife... Flames will tie with under a minute left in the game for a 100% certainty and the Pens will lose in ot. It's impossible that this scenario doesn't happen.

We honestly played a very good game all around, they were very opportunistic. After that embarrassment in Winnipeg, I'll take this.

The team is not one unit. And that is only a system base issue. Malkin, Crosby, Karlsson, but them on any other team right now and they will dominate. The pens are getting bottom scoring on a regular basis more than our top six. 100% system based. No one on the team played terrible to be honest.

Letang Murphy dump iced two pucks for no f***ing reason to basically lead to the tie game.

Malkin misses rust on a breakaway by about 10 feet leading to Letang staying out on a 3 on 3 for more than a minute.

Sullivan refuses to call a timeout to give Letang a breather. He instead calls it for the next shift. Crosby wins the faceoff and absolutely no set play happens.

This team is really dumb.

Entertaining game. Don’t like the result but it is what it is. I do take solace in the fact that despite the insane way we are playing, 3-4-1 after 8 doesn’t look as atrocious when seeing Florida at 4-3-1, Edmonton at 2-4-1, Toronto at 4-3-0, Boston at just 3-3-1, and Colorado at 3-4-0.
