An explanation is not a justification. Explanations help you understand why things are happening, and give you clues how to alter the future so things happen differently. A justification is saying it is fine or them to do. You'll notice I did one, but not the other. Complicated, I know.
As to living on stolen land, yes, we do. It's something we as Canadians deal with every day, and are doing our best to make amends and live in peace, kindness and respect. There are no easy solutions but there are peaceful ones. These are lessons Israel could learn, if they cared.
