A minor is anyone under the age of 18 years old. They are not adults in the eyes of the law and do not have the capacity to understand and sign binding contracts. While it's not technically illegal for a minor to sign on a dotted line, no contract they sign is legal and is null and void.

Nope. So its invalid in many ways, but I'm sure the victims aren't aware at the time, and may be too afraid/ashamed to even bring it up around anyone.
