I agree with you on a nicely done up car. It's nice to look at. People spend many hours in there car I don't see why it is so unreasonable and a total waste of money to make it appeal to you. I could think it's a total waste of money for others to spend money on their garden or decorate their house with expensive decor or spending $700 on a purse or designer clothes. Some of those I don't see the need, but if you don't see the need for me to spend money on my car doesn't mean it's ridiculous.
