But who was stunted? Pospisil isn't a good example. You can't be 21st on our CP list for prospects and be stunted the summer before you break out.
He came out of left field to everyone likely including the team.

And Conroy stated last season that Sutter wanted Pospisil up the year before but he got hurt. He also singled Klapka out in his last training camp. As for Phillips and Pelletier, Sutter was pretty much right on them; they are too small and not skilled enough for the NHL. Zary just wasn’t ready when Sutter was here.
