I know that's the medical definition but no one really uses that term outside of the context of abortion. Don't get me wrong, I'm 100% pro-choice and don't agree with anything GirlySports is saying, but using the term fetus at the point it could live and breathe on its own if it were to be delivered is weird to me.

But, as cheese posted, I don't think it matters what term you use. It's still the woman's choice, and the law should be clear on that.
