The port directly on the modem is probably only a 10Mbit port, but yeah if you had a 100Mbit switch or router then the link on all computers hooked up to that switch or router would show as 100Mbit.
So you could take the same computer and hook it into the modem and it'll show 10Mbit, but hook it into the router or switch and it'll show 100Mbit.
If they used to all show 100Mbit on a router and are now all showing 10Mbit, there might be a config on the modem to force the ports to a specific speed that got set somehow.
