Anyone who has ever experienced good leadership knows that the screaming/yelling thing only works a limited number of times. At best, it’s used sparingly.
I remember reading somewhere that in the Bruins locker room there’s a rink on the carpet on the floor. Patrice Bergeron would gather players around to instruct/correct people during intermissions. Not blow a hissy fit.
