The title shouldn't have been put on Danielson in the first place. AEW has had two title changes in immediate recent memory, each time putting the belt on a worse choice than who had it previously. I get Swerve wanted to put him over. I get that Tony wanted to honour Bryan. But sometimes its just not best for business. What did that do other than tie up the belt in a story THAT DOESN'T NEED THE BELT.
Other than regular AEW fans, Moxley has been must skip TV for like... two years. And this thread makes it seem like even they're sick of him. Why does he need the belt? Why does AEW love putting belts around the waists of performers that a majority of fans have made it clear they don't want to see, let alone see the show programmed around.
